Supervise daycare operations with ensure guest satisfaction with friendly, efficient service, quality food, cleanliness, and a warm and friendly atmosphere. This is a full-time position.
Other duities include:
At all times operate within and enforce Silver Mountain policy.
Reconcile daily cash flow.
Coordinate daily lunch program.
Handle parental comments daily.
Assist in budget building process.
Purchase outside supplies.
Maintain Idaho State License Program.
Hire, train and schedule staff and coordinate all paperwork according to Silver Mountain policies and procedures.
Review performance of staff.
Job requirements:
Excellent communication skills.
Some lifting may be required (up to 25 lbs).
Physical mobility and stamina required.
Must be able to lift above head, stretch, bend, and crouch down and kneel.
